This workout is designed to do with your children, however please be aware that any activity that you or your child undertakes is done so at your own risk and you are responsible for you and your child’s safety.

If you experience any pain or injury during this workout you are advised to stop the workout immediately and seek medical advice.

If you experience any pelvic floor weakness, please stop or modify the workout to a lower intensity. You are strongly encouraged to see a Womens Health Physiotherapist if you are concerned about your pelvic floor strength.

If you have abdominal seperation please seek advice from your Womens Health Physiotherapist about the types of exercise you can do prior to do this workout.

This workout is not recommended for pregnant women or under 4 months post-partum.
