I cannot recommend Nikki’s 12 week, online return to running program enough! Having previously done half marathons and marathons I have been trying to get back to running after injury, and then life, getting in the way. Each attempt lasted until my previous injuries flared up again and I went back to walking. With Nikki’s program I was able to rebuild strength in a way that was flexible and easy to fit around my schedule. Being accountable made a huge difference and Nikki’s support has me back running and with a much stronger pelvic floor as an added bonus!

OnlineTraining provides you with a personal trainer who does all the background work for you, so that you can simply focus on training at a time and place that suits you.
Online training is flexible, you aren’t required to be at a gym (or any other location) at a particular time, yet it still offers you accountability.
Nikki will write your program according to the length of time you want for each workout and the equipment you have access to. She then tracks your workouts and provides you with support and encouragement regularly. If you haven’t checked in for a few days, Nikki will check in with you, adjust your program if needed and help you to stay on track with your training.
