All activities and information provided by Body 4 Mind Connections is provided as a guide only. By participating in Body 4 Mind Connections programs you are agreeing that you are in good health and if you are participating in the physical components of the programs you are physically capable of doing so.
If you are unsure about commencing exercise, it is strongly recommended that you seek medical clearance from your GP. If at any time during a workout you feel dizzy, nauseous, have chest pain or tightness, breathing difficulties or generally feel unwell, please stop the workout immediately and seek medical advice.
If you have given birth within the last 6 months, it is highly recommended that you seek clearance to exercise from a Womens Health Physiotherapist. You can still exercise, however some activities may need to be modified. Please contact Body 4 Mind Connections for alternative exercises. If you have any injury, are pregnant or have any other limitations to exercise, please contact Body 4 Mind Connections directly to discuss modifications to assist you to participate safely.
All activities you undertake as part of a Body 4 Mind Connections program is done so at your own risk and by participating in a Body 4 Mind Connections program, you understand that Body 4 Mind Connections does not accept responsibility for any costs incurred as a result of injury. All reasonable steps are undertaken by Body 4 Mind Connections in providing you with correct and safe information.
Online Personal Training
Payment policy: Packages are renewed each month. Each client is required to make an initial upfront payment. After your first month, monthly direct debit will then occur until otherwise advised by you. Clients will not be able to commence sessions until the initial upfront payment has been made.
Cancellation of package and refund policy: Cancellations require two weeks notice (prior to your monthly renewal date) and must be made in writing to info@body4mindconnections.com.au. Refund requests must be made in writing and must be accompanied with relevant evidence to support your request (for example; a medical certificate). Other reasons for refunds may be considered by management. Refunds will not be considered for weeks already completed.
Face-to-Face Training
Payment policy:
You have one term (usually 10 weeks) to complete your sessions. You are required to make full payment upfront or if choosing weekly direct debit payments, you agree to weekly instalments with the payments deducted every Monday of the entire term. Direct Debits can not be cancelled through the term, it is a full term payment agreement. Clients will not be able to commence sessions until full payment has been made or a direct debit has been set up.
The payment agreement ceases at the end of each term. Direct debits can not be cancelled or paused during a term.
If you choose to continue the following term, a new direct debit will be set up to commence on the Monday prior to the new term commencing or an invoice will be sent with payment required prior to the term commencing.
Cancellation of sessions: You are committing to a full term of training. Cancellations or refund requests will be considered on medical grounds and must be made in writing and emailed to info@body4mindconnections.com. Relevant evidence to support your request (for example; a medical certificate) must accompany your request.
Suspension: Suspension of direct debits during the 12 week period will not be accepted, but at the discretion of management, a credit can be applied.
Missed Sessions: If you are unable to attend one of your scheduled sessions, where possible you may be able to reschedule a session (provided it is in the same term). Please note that this is not guaranteed and will only be offered if there is vacancy in another session to offer a rescheduled session. Where sessions can not be rescheduled you understand that at the conclusion of the term, sessions not used will be forfeited and missed session fees will be applied. You can only make up missed sessions within the same term that the missed session occurred. Credit will not be applied across terms. It is your responsibility to track your missed sessions and organise any reschedules within the allowed timeframe.
You agree to provide Body 4 Mind Connections with a minimum of 6 hours notice for a cancellation, so that others on the waitlist may be offered your spot for that session. Any cancellations for morning sessions (sessions before 12pm) must be advised before 6pm the evening prior. Late cancellation or no-shows will be charged for the full session. Circumstances considered.
If you will be late to a session, please notify as soon as possible. The session will end as scheduled.
