All activities and information provided by Mum-Me Fit Time is provided as a guide only. By participating in Mum-Me Fit Time programs you are agreeing that you are in good health and if you are participating in the physical components of the programs you are physically capable of doing so.
If you are unsure about commencing exercise, it is strongly recommended that you seek medical clearance from your GP. If at any time during a workout you feel dizzy, nauseous, have chest pain or tightness, breathing difficulties or generally feel unwell, please stop the workout immediately and seek medical advice.
If you have given birth within the last 6 months, it is highly recommended that you seek clearance to exercise from a Womens Health Physiotherapist. You can still exercise, however some activities may need to be modified. Please contact Mum-Me Fit Time for alternative exercises. If you have any injury, are pregnant or have any other limitations to exercise, please contact Mum-Me Fit Time directly to discuss modifications to assist you to participate safely.
All activities you undertake as part of a Mum-Me Fit Time program is done so at your own risk and by participating in a Mum-Me Fit Time program, you understand that Mum-Me Fit Time does not accept responsibility for any costs incurred as a result of injury. All reasonable steps are undertaken by Mum-Me Fit Time in providing you with correct and safe information.
Online Personal Training
Payment policy: Packages are for 12 weeks. Each client is required to make full payment upfront via paypal or direct deposit or if choosing weekly direct debit payments, payment must be for a term of 12 weeks and the first payment must be made during the week of the first session. Clients will not be able to commence sessions until full payment has been made or a direct debit application has been submitted.
Cancellation of package and refund policy: Cancellations or refund requests must be made in writing and must be accompanied with relevant evidence to support your request (for example; a medical certificate). Other reasons for cancellation may be considered by management. Refunds will not be considered for weeks already completed.
Reset for the Future – 12 Week Online Challenge
Payment policy: Each client is required to make full payment upfront via paypal or direct deposit OR they may select weekly payments.
If choosing weekly direct debit payments, payment must be for a maximum term of 12 weeks and the first payment must be made within the first week of the challenge. Clients will not be able to commence the 12 week challenge until full payment has been made or a direct debit application has been submitted.
Cancellation: Cancellations or refund requests must be made in writing and must be accompanied with relevant evidence to support your request (for example; a medical certificate). Other reasons for cancellation may be considered by management. Refunds will not be considered for weeks already completed or for course content already provided.
Suspension: Suspension of direct debits during the challenge period will not be accepted.
The 28 Day Mind and Body Bootcamp
Payment policy: Each client is required to make full payment upfront via paypal or direct deposit OR they may select weekly payments.
If choosing weekly direct debit payments, payment must be for a maximum term of 4 weeks and the first payment must be made within the first week of the program. Clients will not be able to commence the Mind and Body Bootcamp until full payment has been made or a direct debit application has been submitted.
Cancellation: Cancellations or refund requests must be made in writing and must be accompanied with relevant evidence to support your request (for example; a medical certificate). Other reasons for cancellation may be considered by management. Refunds will not be considered for weeks already completed or for course content already provided.
Suspension: Suspension of direct debits will not be accepted.
Face-to-Face Personal Training
Payment policy: Packages are for 12 sessions to be taken within a 12 week block. Each client is required to make full payment upfront via paypal or direct deposit or if choosing weekly direct debit payments, payment must be for a term of 12 installments and the first payment must be made prior to or during the week of the first session. Clients will not be able to commence sessions until full payment has been made or a direct debit application has been submitted.
Cancellation of sessions: Cancellations or refund requests must be made in writing and must be accompanied with relevant evidence to support your request (for example; a medical certificate). Other reasons for cancellation may be considered by management.
Suspension: Suspension of direct debits during the 12 week period will not be accepted, but at the discretion of management, a credit can be applied.
Missed Sessions: If a client cannot attend a session and cannot make up that session within the 12 week package timeframe, the client will be charged the full rate for the missed session and will forfeit session credit. Circumstances may be considered by management.
Missed sessions must be advised 8 hours in advance. Failure to advise Mum-Me Fit Time that you will miss a session or providing less than 8 hours notice will forfeit your right to session credit and you will be charged for the missed session.
If you will be late to a session, please notify as soon as possible. The session will end at the time scheduled.
The Mum-Me Fit Time Health and Wellness Retreat
Payment policy: A deposit is required to secure your booking. This can be completed with direct transfer and proof of receipt or via paypal.
A payment plan via direct debit or paypal will then be arranged. All payments must be completed 14 days prior to the retreat date.
Cancellation: Cancellations or refund requests must be made in writing and must be accompanied with relevant evidence to support your request (for example; a medical certificate). Other reasons for cancellation may be considered by management.
Any cancellations made within 14 days of the retreat taking place will only receive a refund if your spot can be filled.
Other: In the case of an emergency, the person in charge will contact the emergency contacts nominated on your registration form. If none of the nominated contacts are contactable the person in charge will take necessary steps to ensure the clients health and safety is maintained.
Mum-Me Fit Time, or any member representing them at the time an accident occurs, does not accept responsibility for costs incurred on your behalf in securing medical treatment. It is your responsibility to pay for any costs incurred.
All physical activity undertaken at the retreat is covered under Mum-Me Fit Time’s public liability insurance, with the exception of water sports. Travel to and from the retreat venue is your responsibility and not covered under insurance held by Mum-Me Fit Time. It is your responsibility to ensure your travel method is covered under the appropriate insurance ie car insurance or travel insurance.
All information is kept in confidence and will only be used for purposes directly associated with Mum-Me Fit Time. Information will not be used outside of your consent.
Some photographic and video footage will be used as promotion material and will appear on Mum-Me Fit Time advertising materials. Verbal consent will be obtained prior to footage being taken.
