Nikki has been amazing in helping me to gain strength and stability. Her knowledge and positive approach is what keeps me invested in continuing my fitness journey with her guiding me.
Nikki is extremely capable of adjusting the fitness exercises to suit each individual. I cannot recommend Nikki’s 12 week, online return to running program enough! Having previously done half marathons and marathons I have been trying to get back to running after injury, and then life, getting in the way. Each attempt lasted until my previous injuries flared up again and I went back to walking. With Nikki’s program I was able to rebuild strength in a way that was flexible and easy to fit around my schedule. Being accountable made a huge difference and Nikki’s support has me back running and with a much stronger pelvic floor as an added bonus!
